The Purple Parade Programme
Leadership Development Programme
About The Programme
The Purple Parade Ltd (TPPL) Leadership Development Programme (LDP) is a curated series of best-of-class leadership workshops and activities to equip individuals with personal mastery, effective teamwork, and organisational leadership skills, tailored for the learning needs of persons with disabilities.
Officially launched by TPPL on 10 August 2024 with support from Central Singapore CDC, the LDP was designed to develop the leadership capabilities of PwDs for the workplace, enabling them to excel in their respective fields beyond the disability sector. The programme provides targeted support in their equipping through learning accommodations and mentoring relationships from experienced working professionals.
We invite inclusive organisations to nominate promising staff with disabilities for the LDP. TPPL also welcomes self-nominations from individuals looking to further their leadership journey.
Applications for the TPPL Leadership Development Programme (Cohort 2025/26) are now closed. Missed this round? Stay tuned for the next cycle application cycle!
